1. Agreement
By creating an account, downloading Multuser, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.
2. Accounts and company workspaces
You are responsible for accurate registration details, the security of your credentials and devices, and actions performed through your account. Company owners and administrators control members, roles, profile access, proxy limits, and connected resources. Do not share access outside the permissions granted by the account owner.
3. Acceptable use
Multuser is intended for legitimate QA, account operations, agency work, e-commerce, localization, privacy separation, and authorized testing. You must not use it to:
- commit fraud, impersonation, credential theft, phishing, harassment, or unlawful surveillance;
- evade sanctions, law enforcement, contractual restrictions, or platform enforcement in an unlawful or deceptive manner;
- access accounts, systems, profiles, mailboxes, files, proxies, or personal data without authorization;
- distribute malware, abuse networks, interfere with services, or bypass technical access controls;
- sell, rent, or transfer a workspace, identity, mailbox, or account you do not own or have documented authority to transfer; or
- violate applicable law or a third-party service’s terms.
Multuser may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.
4. Connected mailboxes
You may connect only a mailbox you own or are authorized to administer. Multuser uses provider authorization solely to provide mailbox monitoring, message viewing, read/unread controls, connection diagnostics, and user-requested replies. You may disconnect access at any time.
Provider grants and provider-derived messages are not transferable Marketplace assets. Selling or renting a profile does not transfer Google or Microsoft OAuth authorization; the recipient must authorize their own mailbox.
5. Marketplace and proxies
Sellers must truthfully describe listings, confirm transfer authority, and avoid personal or confidential data that cannot lawfully be transferred. Buyers receive the inspection and dispute protections shown before checkout. Refunds depend on the stated inspection window, eligible defects, and available technical or human review.
Proxy availability, location, latency, replacement, and bandwidth are affected by upstream providers and network conditions. Limits and billing terms shown for the rental apply. Users remain responsible for lawful proxy use.
6. Plans, payments, and cancellation
Prices, capacity, term discounts, taxes, and renewal details are shown before purchase. Card payments are processed by Stripe; supported crypto payments are final after required confirmations except where the displayed Marketplace or refund policy applies. You may cancel renewal from the available billing controls. Charges already earned for a current term are non-refundable unless law or a displayed protection says otherwise.
7. Software and updates
Multuser grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the software with your account. You may not resell the software itself, remove proprietary notices, distribute malicious modifications, or reverse engineer except where applicable law expressly permits it. Updates may add, change, or remove functionality and can be required for security or compatibility.
8. Third-party services
Browsers, websites, email providers, proxy networks, Stripe, crypto networks, and other third parties have their own terms and availability. Multuser does not control their decisions, including login challenges, account restrictions, CAPTCHA, email-provider policy, proxy reputation, or payment-network delays.
9. Availability, warranties, and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Fingerprint and proxy controls reduce accidental linkage but cannot guarantee acceptance by any website. To the extent permitted by law, Multuser disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, special, consequential, lost-profit, lost-data, or third-party account losses. Any direct liability is limited to amounts paid for the affected service during the preceding three months, except where the law does not allow that limitation.
10. Termination and data
You may stop using the service and request deletion. Multuser may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach, abuse, non-payment, legal requirements, or security risk. Data is handled according to the Privacy Policy and Data deletion instructions.
11. Changes and disputes
We may update these Terms with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated when appropriate. The laws and courts applicable to the operator’s registered place of business govern these Terms unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
12. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@tallinio.com or through the Support area inside Multuser.
