Disconnect access.
Delete the data.

Use the controls below to remove a connected mailbox, a profile and its private files, or your complete Multuser account.

1. Disconnect a Google or Microsoft mailbox

  1. Open Multuser and select the profile.
  2. Choose Edit → Email.
  3. Press Disconnect Google or Disconnect Microsoft.
  4. Confirm the action.

This removes the encrypted OAuth grant, mailbox status, dismissed-message identifiers, and the encrypted cache of opened message bodies for that profile. Multuser also asks Google to revoke the grant when Google is the provider.

What stays: the profile itself and its ordinary, non-secret email address/server fields stay so you can reconnect later. You can remove the whole profile using the next option.

2. Revoke access at the provider

You can independently revoke Multuser from your provider account:

Provider revocation prevents future token refresh. Return to Multuser and disconnect the mailbox as well to remove its local service record and cached message data immediately.

3. Delete a profile and its files

  1. Select the profile in Multuser.
  2. Open its action menu and choose Delete.
  3. Confirm deletion.

Deletion revokes/removes connected mailbox access, cookies, tab sessions, cached mail bodies, uploaded profile files, and the app-owned local browser folder. A minimal profile record can remain temporarily in the recycle bin so an authorized administrator can recover accidental deletions; it no longer contains the mailbox grant or cached messages.

4. Delete your Multuser account

Open Help → Support in Multuser and request “Delete my account and company data,” or email info@tallinio.com from the address associated with the account. Include the company name and username, but never send your password, OAuth token, mailbox password, or 2FA secret.

We will verify authority, explain any effect on teammates or active Marketplace orders, and complete the deletion within 30 days unless a shorter legal deadline applies.

5. Records we may retain

We may retain narrowly limited billing, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, and legal records for the period required by law or reasonably necessary to establish and defend claims. Retained records are isolated from active product use and are not used for advertising.
